Have you been wishing to implement a single sign-on (SSO) for Self-Service but aren’t sure where to start? With presenter Wyatt Best of Metropolitan College of New York, you will learn basic SSO concepts, such as identity providers, consumers, and assertions. Then you will look at the specifics of connecting Self-Service 9 to two popular identity providers, Active Directory Federated Services (AD FS) and Azure AD using the WS-Federation and SAML protocols.
