You may have heard rumors that Ellucian is ending support for PowerCampus. We have discussed this with Ellucian, and while they’re not quite ready to make a formal announcement, we expect one soon.

We believe that no changes will occur to support for the product in the immediate future, and the current plan is to continue in “maintenance mode” beyond that point for some period of time. This may include Severity 1 security fixes, regulatory updates for 1098Ts, and Action Line support for current customers. Ellucian has not determined the specific dates and will hopefully share these at Power Conference 2024.

Power Conference 2024 is still happening, and all sessions will be presented as planned. Ellucian representatives will be at the conference and will share more details of their plan in the General Session.
